We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the challenges of substance use, emotional wellness, and relationships. As an LMFT at Passages, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients as they make meaningful changes in their lives. You'll use your clinical expertise to help clients explore underlying issues, strengthen relationships, develop healthier coping strategies, and build a foundation for long-term recovery. What You'll Do Duties may include, but are not limited to: Provide individual, group, and family therapy, with an emphasis on relational and interpersonal healing. Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments to identify client needs and treatment priorities. Develop individualized treatment plans and follow-up plans based on each client's goals and clinical needs. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Support clients in developing insight, improving relationships, and creating sustainable tools for recovery. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable standards and company policies.
