Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time) The ONE Center - Manteca, California Organization The ONE Center is a nonprofit counseling center dedicated to helping every ONE discover true joy and freedom. We provide professional counseling services to individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents throughout our community. While our therapists are committed Christians and our organization is grounded in Christian values, we warmly welcome and serve clients from all backgrounds, beliefs, and walks of life. We are excited to be opening our brand-new counseling facility and are seeking compassionate, skilled therapists to join our growing team. Position Summary The Mental Health Therapist provides counseling services to clients experiencing a variety of emotional, relational, behavioral, and mental health concerns. Therapists will maintain professional clinical standards while offering compassionate care in alignment with The ONE Center's mission and values. Schedule & Compensation Part-time position 10-24 hours per week Flexible scheduling Evening and daytime hours available

Compensation:

$90 per clinical hour Paid time off Additional benefits available based on hours worked and organizational policies Beautiful, newly constructed counseling center opening in 2026 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, family, and/or child counseling services Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing board requirements Collaborate with other therapists and community partners as appropriate Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and consultation opportunities Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Support a welcoming environment for clients from diverse backgrounds and belief systems Qualifications Required Active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist Master's degree or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field Strong clinical and documentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team Commitment to ethical and professional practice Preferred Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, families, pastors, and/or athletes. Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship concerns Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches Experience integrating faith into counseling when requested by clients Faith Commitment As a faith-based nonprofit organization, The ONE Center hires therapists who personally affirm and actively practice the Christian faith.
