W-2, Full-Time About the Role Inclusive Learning Partners is hiring committed Behavior Technicians and Paraeducators to support students with severe disabilities at a public school site in Millbrae, CA. In this role, you will work either 1:1 or within a classroom setting, assisting students with significant physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. You'll collaborate with the classroom teacher and multidisciplinary team to provide instructional, behavioral, and personal care support, helping each student reach their educational goals. Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, and experienced with intensive support needs, including behavior management and personal care.
