Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-2:30 PM (6 hours/day, 30 hours/week)
Pay:
$24•27/hour (based on experience), paid weekly

W-2, Full-Time About the Role Inclusive Learning Partners is hiring committed Behavior Technicians and Paraeducators to support students with severe disabilities at a public school site in Millbrae, CA. In this role, you will work either 1:1 or within a classroom setting, assisting students with significant physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. You'll collaborate with the classroom teacher and multidisciplinary team to provide instructional, behavioral, and personal care support, helping each student reach their educational goals. Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, and experienced with intensive support needs, including behavior management and personal care. Required Qualifications Associate's degree or higher in education or a related field (proof of education required) 1 year documented experience working as a paraeducator specifically supporting SPED students in SDC or 1:1 setting Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required Ability to lift and physically assist students as needed Strong communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with IEP implementation, personal care routines, and trauma-informed practices Key Responsibilities Instructional Support Support implementation of IEP goals and classroom instruction Deliver academic and functional skills instruction under teacher direction Assist students in building independence and life skills Behavioral Support Follow individualized behavior support plans Implement proactive and responsive strategies designed by a BCBA Track and report behaviors and progress Personal Care & Health Support Assist students with feeding, toileting, grooming, and mobility Monitor student well-being and safety throughout the day Carry out medical protocols as trained Classroom Collaboration Prepare materials and organize classroom space Maintain a safe and structured environment Partner with classroom teachers, therapists, and other school staff Documentation & Communication Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and attendance Support preparation of instructional resources Employee Perks and Benefits Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance Paid Sick Time & Holidays 401(k) Referral bonuses Supportive, responsive team (Benefits eligibility may vary depending on employment status) Why Work With ILP?
