Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active and clear California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families, ideally in an educational or school-based setting Proficiency in crisis intervention, counseling, and developing intervention plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple sites Flexibility, compassion, and a client-centered therapeutic approach

Core Responsibilities:
