Registered Mental Health Counselor Associate:
Provide clinical services including individual/family/couples, children, intakes, assessments, and treatment planning in an outpatient setting Carry a caseload of 15+ clients. This is very important as this caseload is a requirement Work at least 2 evenings Attend group supervision and One to One supervision TBD Maintain accurate, thorough and timely client records that meet agency and licensing standards Abide by code of ethics Value the office's clinical model and mission Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural/racial/ethnic diversity, socioeconomic status, LGBTQ+, and disabilities
Qualifications of Registered Mental Health Counselor Associate:
Registered associate with board certified clinician in California with a degree in the behavioral health field (ASW-AMFT-APCC) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Computer skills including Google Drive/Docs and electronic health records Organizational and multitasking skills Pass a background check Spanish Bilingual preferred.
