Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. We loved to provide an opportunity for people to focus on their passions while helping people. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others through therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in therapeutic services dealing with a variety of mental health issues and challenges. They will be a self starter and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. They will be well versed in dual-diagnostic aspects of treatment and enjoy working with a young male population.

About PACE Recovery Center:

At PACE Recovery Center, we focus on working with young adult males ranging from 18-30. We believe in empowering our clients to fulfill their own particular dreams. We believe that Positive Attitudes Change Everything. Our trained addiction treatment staff helps our clients identify their specific recovery goals, and help them achieve them. We also provide in-depth mental health services that address the root issues driving addiction and mental illness.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct group therapy sessions on multifaceted topics
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs
• Provide individual therapy and carry a primary case load
• Communication with families and consultants
• Document all therapy sessions and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Work as a team and support one another in a collaborative approach!

Requirements:

(LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, AMFT, APCC, ACSW)

Skills:

• Proficiency in dual diagnosis aspects of treatment
• Experience working within inpatient facilities
• Ability to document medical information accurately and efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse populations
