Bay Area, CA (In-Home Services) About the Position Love2Learn ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and making a meaningful impact in their lives. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client's home. Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate session data and complete documentation after each session. Build positive relationships with clients and their families. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards. Communicate regularly with the BCBA regarding client progress. Attend required training and team meetings. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience working with children is preferred Experience with Autism or ABA is a plus, but not required Active RBT certification is preferred (if applicable) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Schedule Full-time and Part-time positions available Flexible scheduling based on client needs Morning, afternoon, and evening opportunities available Pay & Benefits $25.00
