| $20-$28 PER HOUR Key Skills & Responsibilities We're looking for candidates who can: Deliver therapeutic support to individuals with developmental challenges and behavioral concerns. Assess client needs and implement tailored support services. Protect and maintain the confidentiality of all client information. Analyze problems, explore options, and develop effective solutions. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, coworkers, and supervisors. Actively listen and respond appropriately with relevant questions and feedback. Demonstrate empathy and adapt their approach based on the behavior and reactions of others. Preferred Experience & Qualifications At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience is a plus. High School Diploma required . A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is highly preferred. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. ASL proficiency is desired.
