ABA Mid-Level Supervisor KAL Therapy Inc Pasadena, CA Job Details Part-time $30 - $35 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Staff supervision Mental health and behavioral care Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Management Managing teams of therapists Team supervision Interpersonal skills Quality of care (regulatory compliance area) Program development Regulatory compliance Social service program staff supervision Experience working with individuals with autism Care documentation Practicing as a therapist supervisor Attention to detail Behavioral support plan implementation Clinical documentation Implementing behavioral health therapy programs Healthcare treatment Autism spectrum disorders support Teaching Clinical program staff coordination Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a Master's degree Level Program Supervisor from an accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional care and support for children with Autism. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy, and behavioral health, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of care and effectiveness. This role requires a compassionate leader who can effectively manage staff, oversee program implementation, and maintain compliance with medical documentation and regulatory requirements. This role is in-person in the Los Angeles area, between Sylmar, CA and Hacienda Heights, CA. Duties . Provide one-on-one supervision to therapist and case.
- Provide one-on-one parent training on the case.
- Provide therapist on case with supervision, guidance, and training in behavior analytic antecedent control procedures, teaching strategies and consequence interventions
- Ensure that program is being implemented correctly and consistently.
- Conduct quality control processes for clinical treatment, schedule/cancellations, signage of hours, therapist performance, consistent data collection and more.
- Collect accurate data that will be reviewed by a BCBA for Progress Report completion.
- Meet with your BCBA once a month to review cases.
- Provide direct therapy sessions to client if your behavior therapist is absent and is unable to provide the treatment session. Experience Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism.
- Expertise in development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Experience supervising RBT/Behavior Technicians (Therapists).
- Spanish speaking is highly desired, but not required
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Solid technical skills and passion for quality service.
- Organized and efficient, detail oriented and able to multi-task.
- Positive and professional team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills, able to connect easily with others. Job Duties and Responsibilities
