The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy, and behavioral health, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of care and effectiveness. This role requires a compassionate leader who can effectively manage staff, oversee program implementation, and maintain compliance with medical documentation and regulatory requirements. This role is in-person in the Los Angeles area, between Sylmar, CA and Hacienda Heights, CA. Duties . Provide one-on-one supervision to therapist and case.

• Provide one-on-one parent training on the case.
• Provide therapist on case with supervision, guidance, and training in behavior analytic antecedent control procedures, teaching strategies and consequence interventions
• Ensure that program is being implemented correctly and consistently.
• Conduct quality control processes for clinical treatment, schedule/cancellations, signage of hours, therapist performance, consistent data collection and more.
• Collect accurate data that will be reviewed by a BCBA for Progress Report completion.
• Meet with your BCBA once a month to review cases.
• Provide direct therapy sessions to client if your behavior therapist is absent and is unable to provide the treatment session. Experience Qualifications
• Master's degree from an accredited university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism.
• Expertise in development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Experience supervising RBT/Behavior Technicians (Therapists).
• Spanish speaking is highly desired, but not required
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Solid technical skills and passion for quality service.
• Organized and efficient, detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Positive and professional team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and social skills, able to connect easily with others. Job Duties and Responsibilities
