The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting women through various life transitions and has experience providing therapy services to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, maternal mental health challenges, and other emotional wellness concerns. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy services to clients Develop treatment plans and clinical goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with other providers when appropriate Support clients through emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges Deliver high-quality, client-centered care Preferred Experience Women's mental health Maternal mental health Perinatal and postpartum mental health Anxiety and mood disorders Trauma-informed care Telehealth services Qualifications Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) Strong communication and clinical skills Ability to work independently Professional and compassionate approach to patient care What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping women feel supported, empowered, and cared for during some of the most important seasons of their lives.
