Therapist — Guidepost Counseling & Wellness The Mission Most therapy teaches people how to cope. We help people build systems that help them ALIGN who they are, how they function, and how they live. We are looking for clinicians who want to help people create real movement in their lives.
People who can:
connect deeply think critically challenge compassionately regulate under pressure build trust create structure and help clients move from survival into intentional living What This Role Actually Is This is not traditional sit-back-and-nod therapy. This is relational, experiential, structured work.
You will help clients:
identify patterns regulate nervous systems improve communication understand behavior build relational trust strengthen accountability create sustainable systems and develop environments that work with their brain and life You must be able to work with: ADHD anxiety trauma emotional overwhelm relationship conflict family systems executive functioning struggles shame cycles nervous system dysregulation This role requires someone who can balance: empathy AND accountability warmth AND structure validation AND direction humanity AND standards What You Will Be Responsible For Clinical Care Provide high-quality therapy services Maintain a caseload of 25 clients minimum Maintain strong documentation and ethical standards Develop treatment plans that are practical and actionable Help clients move from insight into implementation Relationship-Based Work Build strong therapeutic alliances Help clients identify relational patterns and cycles Facilitate emotionally safe but honest conversations Support couples and families in creating healthier systems Neurodivergent-Informed Care Understand how ADHD, anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, and nervous system strain impact behavior (if youn don't know how and want to learn we will train you). Job Type:
Part-time/ Full Time Salary:
Up to $55 for Associates Up to $70 for Licensed /hour We pay both clinical hours and administration hours (i.e. paid supervision and time for additional tasks which is a variable rate). We will cover this in detail during the hiring process.
