DRIVE TIME & MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT

$20-$28/hour Position Summary Provide behavior-based support and interventions for individuals with skill deficits and challenging behaviors Assess client needs and implement appropriate support strategies Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information Problem-solve effectively by evaluating situations and developing solutions Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members Actively listen, ask questions, and adapt your approach based on client needs Preferred Experience & Skills 1+ year working with individuals with autism or other disabilities (preferred not required) 1+ year of ABA experience (preferred not required) High school diploma required Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply ASL is a plus Requirements Valid California driver's license Reliable transportation with active auto insurance Current TB clearance Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $20-$28 Paid training provided Mileage reimbursement and paid drive time Bonus opportunities (up to $500/month) Health and dental insurance options Weekend pay incentives Tuition discounts at select universities Employee discount program through
