$20-$28 PER HOUR Relevant Skills Candidate must have the ability to: Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals with skill deficits and maladaptive behaviors. Identify client needs and provide appropriate services. Maintain confidentiality of client information. Identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop solutions, etc. Communicate effectively with clients, families, colleagues, supervisors, etc. Listen attentively and accurately interpret verbal messages and ask appropriate questions. Understand the reactions of others and adjust behavior accordingly. Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism preferred. Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
Minimum education:
High School Diploma Spanish speaking is desired. ASL skills are a plus. Requirements Current Tuberculosis Clearance DOJ/FBI criminal background clearance A valid California driver's license Reliable and insured transportation Compensation Hourly rate ($20-28) Health and Dental Insurance Vehicle mileage and drive time Weekend pay Bonus incentives up to $500 per month Discounted tuition at select universities towards any offered programs Employee discount program offered through
