As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll work one-on-one with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help them build skills, confidence, and independence in their daily lives. This role is more than just a job. You'll receive thorough training, ongoing support, and direct guidance from the supervisor on the case as you carry out individualized treatment plans. Each session gives you the chance to make a meaningful impact and be part of real, life-changing progress for the families you support. Based on experience $20-28 per hour This part-time role conducted in-home setting and is perfect for students, parents, or anyone looking for meaningful work with flexible hours and the potential to transition into full-time. Many clients seek evening timeframes, Cain is open until 10pm Monday through Friday although many client sessions end much earlier than that timeframe. Idea availability 4-8pm, 5-10pm, 3-9pm. Join us as a Behavior Technician and help create meaningful change—one session at a time. Duties Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families Consistently arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled sessions Notify the administrative team of any availability changes at least one month in advance Carry out ABA programs and treatment goals as trained and outlined in client plans Accurately collect data and complete session documentation in a timely manner Maintain ongoing communication with your assigned supervisor Incorporate supervisor feedback to continuously enhance service delivery Adhere to all agency policies, procedures, and ethical standards Participate in required team meetings, supervision, and training activities Complete additional responsibilities as assigned Skills Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required Previous experience working with children, particularly those with developmental, behavioral, or learning challenges, preferred A genuine interest in supporting children with autism and other developmental differences Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop professionally within the field Dependable transportation with the ability to travel to clients' homes Valid California driver's license and current auto insurance Ability to pass required DOJ and FBI background screenings Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire TB clearance and proof of required immunizations in accordance with company policy Please note: We kindly request that applicants do not call regarding this position.
