- Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team.
- Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions through behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.
- Facilitate crisis management and intervention strategies for clients in acute distress as well as referrals to appropriate providers.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of client information.
- Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment efficacy, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to provide remote therapy sessions when appropriate.
- Experience
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Currently licensed as LMFT, LCSW or LPCC in the state of California.
- Proficiency in crisis management techniques and behavioral therapy modalities is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients are crucial for success in this role.
Pay:
$90,000.00- $110,000.
