In this role, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical support to adults presenting with a wide range of mental health diagnoses and clinical needs, including individuals experiencing co-occurring substance use concerns. You will support clients in achieving greater stability, developing effective coping strategies, and making meaningful progress toward individualized treatment goals. Duties Conduct comprehensive client assessments and diagnostic evaluations using

criteria and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans. Provide individual and group psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based and clinically appropriate interventions. Monitor client progress and treatment outcomes and adjust treatment interventions and goals as clinically appropriate. Provide crisis assessment, intervention, and support when clinically indicated to promote client safety and stabilization. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and other required clinical records within the program's EHR/EMR system. Collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate treatment, case management needs, continuity of care, and discharge planning. Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultation, and clinical coordination as appropriate. Provide culturally responsive, individualized care to clients from diverse backgrounds and adapt interventions based on each client's clinical needs, strengths, and treatment goals. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA and applicable clinical and documentation standards. Qualifications & Experience California registered associate or independently licensed mental health clinician. We welcome AMFT, APCC, ASW, LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW applicants. Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals presenting with a range of mental health diagnoses and levels of clinical complexity. Experience working with conditions commonly treated in higher levels of outpatient behavioral health care, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. Compensation is based on licensure status, relevant clinical experience, position structure, and scheduled hours.
