You'll support skill development and behavior goals while working a schedule that fits your lifestyle. This role is ideal for individuals balancing school, caregiving responsibilities, or other professional commitments. What You'll Do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision Implement treatment plans in home and community settings Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children Collect accurate session data and progress notes Communicate with families and clinical supervisors Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: Reliable attendance within your committed availability Compassionate engagement with children and families Accurate data collection and documentation Professional communication and follow-through Openness to feedback and learning

Pay Range Hourly Rate:
