Competitive Compensation :

$95-$110/hour (part-time) or $90,000 salary (full-time) as a W-2 employee

Community-Centered Practice :

A genuine team culture — not just a room rental with a shared waiting area Requirements Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) or associate registration required Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples required Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities) Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus)
