We are seeking to supervise an Associate Therapist or employ a Licensed Therapist who is able to service a minimum of 20 clients per week (hold caseload of 23 minimum). Licensed/Associate Therapist will be seeing both cash pay and possibly CenCal clients (and possible another insurance panel). Licensed/ Associate Therapist will join either a Triadic or Group for weekly supervision. Associate Therapist must be available between 1:30-3:30pm Tuesdays for supervision and Fridays 8:30-9:30am or another morning. Seeking bilingual (Spanish) therapist willing to see available a minimum of 1 evening per week and some Saturday availability. We are seeking Therapist(s) one or many of these skills:
- Specialty/skills working with children and teens
- Play Therapy experience preferred. Must be willing to see child clients in person only.
- Experience and skills in working with couples and families; willing to see clients in person and virtually if necessary. Pay for Associate(s) will be $65 per hour; Pay for Licensed Therapist(s) will be 60% of payout rate (cash pay and cencal rates differ. Inquire within for pay structure) Responsibilities include:
- Conducting intake sessions and individual and/or couple and family psychotherapy sessions.
- Associate Therapist will be available to participate in weekly supervision according to ratio of clients seen according to BBS.
- Associate will be responsible for writing progress notes after each client session.

In person Duties Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices and client goals Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, or family sessions in a bilingual setting Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress, treatment notes within 48 hours, and service delivery in compliance with organizational policies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care effectively Engage clients actively in their recovery process by offering motivational support and psychoeducation tailored to cultural backgrounds Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance clinical skills and cultural competence Qualifications Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or equivalent; or registration as an Associate license holder with supervised hours completed Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Demonstrated experience providing mental health services within diverse populations is preferred Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care Ability to build rapport quickly with clients from varied cultural backgrounds and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and case management tasks Join us in making a meaningful difference by delivering compassionate, bilingual mental health services that empower individuals on their journey toward wellness.
