Job Description

Job Overview Peace It Together is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to serve as an On-Call Clinical Supervisor . This unique position is designed for an experienced clinician who maintains a private practice and is interested in providing on-site clinical support in the rare event of a clinical emergency. This is a W-2, on-call position with minimal scheduled responsibilities. The selected supervisor would maintain an office at our Santa Clara location, operating their own independent private practice while serving as the agency's designated on-site clinical supervisor for emergency situations only. As an added benefit, Peace It Together offers the opportunity to lease office space at a discounted rate to support the supervisor's private practice. Responsibilities Be available on-site during your private practice hours to provide clinical supervision only in the event of a clinical emergency. Offer consultation and clinical guidance to agency clinicians when emergency situations arise. Ensure that emergency clinical decisions align with ethical, legal, and professional standards. Collaborate with agency leadership as needed following any emergency event. Maintain appropriate documentation related to supervisory interventions, when applicable. Responsibilities Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention and crisis management techniques, ensuring client safety and appropriate follow-up. Collaborate with trainees and employed supervisory staff. Requirements Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or equivalent clinical license. Proven supervisory experience in behavioral health or mental health settings. Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and crisis management strategies. .Excellent communication skills with a passion for patient care.
