We provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy. The cornerstone of our practice constitutes empirically-based approaches, an acknowledgment of the fundamental mind-body connection, and strong ethics rooted in a social justice sensibility. On top of that, we have a team who is comfortable and experienced in offering faith-based care tailored to the needs of our clients. On that front, we are seeking to expand our team with a Christian faith-based associate licensed therapist who can provide high-quality psychotherapy services to our clients. We are especially looking for therapists who would like to provide in-person sessions (which are in more demand than telehealth sessions). We are also looking for therapists who are willing to see families, couples, and children. Lastly, while it is our desire to expand our Christian counseling services, we are looking for associates who are comfortable with both clients who expressively desire Christian therapy and those who do not.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions (in-person)
- Develop effective treatment plans and goals based on client needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements:
- Active licensure as a therapist in the state of California
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
- Experience working in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Computer Literacy (familiarity with the Simple Practice platform is a plus)
