Santa Maria & Nipomo Position Overview Grow With Me - Creciendo Juntos is seeking a reliable and flexible ABA Behavior Therapist Floater to provide client coverage and clinic support based on daily staffing needs. This position has a set Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-7:30 PM schedule. While the employee's hours will remain consistent, daily client assignments and locations may vary based on staffing needs. Responsibilities Provide direct ABA services according to client treatment plans. Provide substitute coverage for BT call-outs, cancellations, and other staffing needs. Support available clients from the unstaffed caseload as assigned. When substitute coverage is not needed, report to the designated Santa Maria or Nipomo clinic to support clinic operations during scheduled hours. Assist with clinic organization, preparation, staff support, and other operational needs as assigned. Maintain flexibility to travel throughout assigned service areas. Communicate effectively with scheduling and clinical teams regarding daily assignments. Complete required session documentation accurately and on time. Participate in required orientation and training. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as an ABA Behavior Therapist or in a comparable direct ABA role. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between service areas. Dependable, flexible, and comfortable adapting to daily assignments. Available Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-7:30 PM. Must meet all required onboarding and employment requirements.

Compensation:

$27-$30/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
