Overview Are you an experienced BT/RBT looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an experienced Lead Behavior Therapist and Field Trainer . In this unique role you will provide direct services to clients while also serving as our vital, on-the-ground extension of leadership. After newly hired BTs finish our onboarding and training process with our BCBA trainer, you will provide additional hands-on field training and fidelity checks. If you possess excellent clinical judgement, enjoy mentoring, and want to elevate your impact in the field of ABA, this is the role for you. If you are a graduate student in an ABA program, we offer a fieldwork practicum and provide extensive training, as well as a pathway to the associate clinical supervisor role and the BCBA supervisor role.

WHO YOU ARE
Qualifications (Required) Minimum of two years experience implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs Demonstrate strong clinical judgment Ability to mentor peers Organized, self-starter Positive & effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills Reliable, responsible, growth-oriented team member BA or current student in psychology, child development, education or related field Ability to work during peak session times of 3:00-6:00 Willingness & ability to commute to clients' homes within specified geographic region Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable auto transportation Ability to pass DOJ background check Proof of negative TB within the last two years Qualifications (Preferred) Experience with children with autism Experience with children with speech delays Experience with children with challenging behavior Comfortable with current technology, tablet use, practice management software Coursework in ABA Experience providing field support Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Key Responsibilities Direct Client Care:
Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention to neurodiverse individuals in the home and/or school setting. Implement behavior intervention plans. Follow teaching protocols and data collection methods.
On-the-Ground Mentorship:
Provide in-person initial field training support to newly hired behavior therapists.
Telehealth Support Bridge:
Act as the local, physical extension of our remote BCBAs and Associate Supervisors during telehealth supervision sessions to ensure hands-on support is provided. (
Note:
All cases are overseen by a clinical supervisor. The Lead BT role is not a supervisory position. It is an additional support and quality check).
Protocol & Fidelity Checks:
Assess and support peer clinical skills in the field to maintain our agency's high standards of care.
