Description About the Role at Clarvida The Pre-Licensed Therapist provides mental health treatment services that promote client independence and family empowerment. This role delivers individual and group counseling services to support clients in achieving improved personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. Location Taft Ca. Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to clients
  • Support clients in achieving personal, social, educational, and vocational goals
  • Deliver mental health services that promote independence and family empowerment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in treatment planning and case reviews
  • Coordinate care with internal and external providers as needed
  • Adhere to ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies
  • Support recovery-oriented and client-centered care approaches
  • Perform additional duties as assigned Recovery Requirements
  • Provide the highest level of customer care
  • Identify and build on strengths of clients, staff, and communities
  • Support client recovery and wellness journeys
  • Promote a culture that values diversity and inclusion
  • Embrace continuous learning and professional development
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Valid registration as Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and/or outpatient)
  • Valid California driver's license and active auto insurance
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
