$50-$75 per 90-Minute Group CLEAN Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate, engaging, and dependable Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our clinical team as a Group Facilitator . CLEAN provides Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder treatment for adolescents and adults through our PHP and IOP programs. We are looking for an AMFT who is confident leading groups and can create an engaging, supportive, and clinically meaningful environment for our clients. Responsibilities Facilitate structured 90-minute therapy and psychoeducational groups Lead groups focused on topics such as CBT, DBT, coping skills, emotional regulation, relationships, trauma, relapse prevention, life skills, mindfulness, and recovery Encourage participation and healthy group interaction Maintain appropriate clinical boundaries and group structure Complete required group documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with therapists, case managers, counselors, psychiatry, and other members of the treatment team Provide compassionate, client-centered care to individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders Available Group Times Monday-Friday 9:00-10:30 AM 11:00 AM-12:30 PM 1:30-3:00 PM Additional evening and virtual opportunities may also be available. Compensation $50-$75 per 90-minute group , depending on experience. Qualifications Current California AMFT registration in good standing required Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or qualifying related field Comfortable facilitating behavioral health groups Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Experience with mental health, substance use disorders, dual diagnosis, PHP, or IOP is preferred This is a great opportunity for an AMFT looking to gain valuable clinical experience and hours while working with a diverse behavioral health population.
