Seeking AMFT for Individual and Group Therapy at Clean

Clean Treatment Center is an outpatient rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals struggling with addiction. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by conducting individual therapy sessions and facilitating therapeutic group sessions, all under the supervision of our experienced clinical directors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans in accordance with the needs of each client.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Actively participate in clinical supervision and seek guidance from our clinical directors to enhance professional growth and development.
• Stay current with the latest research, best practices, and treatment modalities in the field of addiction and mental health.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with the relevant licensing board.
• Experience conducting individual therapy sessions, preferably in a substance abuse or mental health treatment setting.
• Strong understanding of group dynamics and experience facilitating therapeutic groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
