- Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and career advancement We're hiring Clinical Associates (ABA Technicians) across Central Valley, perfect for recent grads, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA. What You'll Do
- Provide ABA services in the home & community settings
- Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
- Assist with assessments and data collection
- Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches
- Travel locally for placements (within reasonable driving distance)
This Role Is Great For You If You:

We provide training and help you obtain RBT certification if needed. Requirements- Reliable transportation & valid ID
- Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)

Schedule:
Part Time positions available and can lead into Full- Time! Average of 30 hours over 60 days will lead into Full
- Time status. (Must also maintain average to keep status) Monday
- Friday, 8:00 AM
- 7:30 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM
- 1:00 PM (varies based on client needs).
