We Strive ABA is looking for a Master's-Level Behavioral Therapist to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to a client in Union City, CA . This role is ideal for someone who loves hands-on work with clients but also wants to understand the bigger picture behind ABA treatment — including data analysis, treatment planning, program development, and clinical decision-making. You'll spend the majority of your time working directly with your client while having meaningful opportunities to collaborate with the BCBA and broader clinical team. Your Role Your primary responsibility will be providing direct, individualized ABA services to your client.

You will:

Provide engaging, evidence-based ABA services Build a strong therapeutic relationship with your client Implement individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Teach communication, social, adaptive, academic, and other meaningful skills Collect accurate clinical data Follow treatment protocols developed by the supervising BCBA Communicate observations, progress, and concerns to the clinical team Collaborate with the BCBA to problem-solve clinical challenges Participate in team meetings and case discussions Contribute ideas and observations that can help strengthen treatment Maintain professional and accurate documentation Grow Beyond Direct Implementation One of the unique aspects of this position is the opportunity to learn alongside the clinical team .
