Conduct psychosocial assessments, groups and discharge planning. Serve as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting organization's treatment program and philosophy, assuring the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families. This position will service our evening treatment programs Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents & Adults in Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities
  • Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to adolescents with mental health challenges.
  • Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Job Requirements Master's Degree in a related field Minimum Work Experience Combination of education and experience preferred.

Psychiatric Care and experience with
PHP / IOP
Programming Required License California Licensed
  • ACSW, AMFT, LPCC, and or LMFT or LCSW Must pass pre-employment background check & post-offer physical/urine drug screen & TB /PPD test.
