We are open to hiring the right clinician in several different scheduling configurations, making this an excellent opportunity for therapists seeking flexibility while maintaining a consistent caseload. Whether your passion is serving Spanish-speaking adults, working with children and families, or both, we'd love to hear from you. We Are Hiring One Of The Following Option 1
Bilingual Spanish Therapist Schedule:
9:00 AM•1:00 PM Three (Part Time) or five (Full Time) days per week
Focus:
Spanish-speaking adolescents and adults Option 2
Child Therapist Schedule:
1:00 PM•6:00 PM Three (Part Time) or five (Full Time) days per week
Focus:
Children, adolescents, and families Option 3 A bilingual Spanish therapist who enjoys working with children and families and is available: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM•6:00 PM This candidate would have the opportunity to build a diverse and rewarding caseload serving both Spanish-speaking clients and children. Qualifications Required:
Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) Experience providing psychotherapy Strong documentation skills Excellent communication Professional and compassionate demeanor Additional Requirements Depending on
Position:
For bilingual role: Fluent in Spanish (required) For child therapist role: Experience working with children as young as age 7 and adolescents (required)
Preferred:
Trauma-informed care
CBT DBT ACT
Family therapy Play therapy Psychological testing experience (not required) Compensation Competitive hourly compensation based on licensure and experience.
Licensed Master's Clinicians:
$80•85 hour
Licensed Psychologists:
$90•$95 hour Additional bilingual differential available.
