The Early Intervention Therapist provides developmentally appropriate, play-based support to young children and their families. This role focuses on strengthening early communication, motor, social, and self-help skills through warm, responsive interactions embedded in everyday routines. Therapists partner closely with caregivers using family-centered practices, conduct developmental screenings and assessments, support positive behavior and emotional regulation, and collaborate with a team. Ongoing documentation, ethical practice, and professional growth are essential components of this role.
