Responsibilities As an ABA Therapist / BT, you will: Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for children with autism Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills Support behavior reduction and emotional regulation goals Collect accurate session data and complete clinical notes Collaborate with families and supervising clinicians Participate in ongoing training and supervision Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards Every therapy session is an opportunity to create meaningful progress for a child and their family. QualificationsMinimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation for travel to client homes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and professionally Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications RBT Certification Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Background in ABA, special education, behavioral therapy, childcare, or related fields We also welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the ABA field.
