Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adjusting strategies based on progress and feedback in an ongoing manner. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing the psychological and relational needs of clients. Utilize impact-driven methodologies, conducting regular evaluations to monitor patient progress and outcomes effectively. Document treatment modifications and outcomes meticulously to ensure compliance and quality assurance in service delivery. Provide referrals to additional specialists as necessary, creating a comprehensive care network for your clients. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with adults seeking assistance with marriage and family dynamics, mental health concerns, and issues related to addiction. Your interventions will focus on empowering clients to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives while addressing the complex interplay of mental health and relationship issues. Qualifications A valid LMFT license to practice in California, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. Preferred Experience Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable, given the digital nature of this position. Prior involvement in community health initiatives or outreach programs focusing on mental health and addiction recovery. A background in group therapy facilitation, as you will lead both individual and collective sessions.
