Duties Implement personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols to support children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in care and progress updates. Skills Experience working with children, especially those with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders, in home-based or school environments.
