Job Description
We are a privately owned recovery center dedicated to empowering individuals with the tools and life skills needed to build healthier, more sustainable futures. Our new Aurora facility serves adult men and women seeking support for substance use and behavioral health challenges. We understand that addiction can impact anyone, and we are committed to providing inclusive, person‑centered care for people from all walks of life. At our facility, clients gain not only support but also practical strategies they can apply beyond treatment to thrive in daily life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling to support to individuals with substance abuse, mental health and co-morbid issues.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of therapy.
- Provide psycho-education and support to families of clients.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).
- Licensed therapist (e.g., LPC, LAC, LMFT, LCSW) or pre-licensed therapist ( e.g., LPCC, MFT, LSW, SWC)
- Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or co-morbid issues, preferred.
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its role in treatment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$60,000.00- $80,000.
