Job Description

Job Overview Looking for an exceptional clinician to join my team! Independent Contractor position within a team. Experience working with eating disorders preferred, but will train. Must have at least provisional license. Fully-licensed strongly preferred. Medicaid experience a bonus. Competitive pay, training & consultation offered. Bonus structure, etc. Summary As a Licensed Team Therapist, you will be integral in delivering high-quality mental health care to patients, focusing on behavioral therapy and patient assessment. Reporting to the Team Founder, you will utilize your core skills in medical documentation and HIPAA compliance while applying premium techniques such as psychotherapy and crisis intervention. By leveraging relevant skills in various therapeutic modalities, you will contribute to the overall well-being of individuals, couples and families within our community. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices. Provide psychotherapy, including individual, couples & family counseling sessions. Utilize techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in accordance with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: Experience in psychotherapy and mental health counseling is essential. Familiarity with crisis management techniques and behavioral therapy approaches. Experience working with children, adolescents, couples & families Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation practices, and patient assessment protocols. Previous hospital or clinic experience is preferred.
