Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster positive growth, skill development, and independence for our clients. Responsibilities Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support clients' developmental goals. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and hygiene routines. Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions accurately and consistently. Support clients during teaching sessions, utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques to promote skill acquisition in communication, socialization, and self-care. Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with team members to develop and update individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Foster a positive, patient-centered environment that encourages trust, motivation, and progress for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Requirements Valid RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially in applied behavior analysis or special education settings. Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, behavior management strategies, and data collection methods. Ability to assist with ADLs and implement care plans effectively while maintaining patient care standards. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation protocols such as HIPAA compliance. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients' families and multidisciplinary teams. Patience, compassion, and a proactive attitude toward supporting individuals with autism or other behavioral health needs. $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
