Seeking a Licensed Therapist (LPCC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or higher) to conduct clinical and mental health services at our Lakewood location. The role is responsible for conducting therapeutic groups and individual sessions. Pay range is based on experience and credentials/licensure. Licensed Therapists' pay range is $72,500-$99,000. As a Licensed Therapist, you will work alongside a cohesive team of experienced providers. Your responsibilities will be providing SUD and Mental Health therapy resulting in appropriate treatments. This position is full-time with exempt FLSA status.

Requirements:

Current active CO license as a LPCC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (CAS may be considered for this position) Ability to work independently, alongside of a cohesive team Licensed Therapist must be able to work at our Morrison, CO or Lakewood, CO site Thorough knowledge of psychotherapy, substance abuse, and process disorders treatment modalities, not limited to: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and other modalities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide Mental Health therapy and treatment in accordance with best practices, policies, and procedures set out by CMHS and RRRC Facilitate group and individual therapy utilizing evidenced based practices Demonstrate ability to provide comprehensive and ongoing assessment resulting in appropriate treatment at the multiple levels of care provided at RRRC Ability to perform clinical assessments and develop strengths-based, client-centered treatment plans. Continuously monitor progress and reevaluate the appropriateness of goals.

Licensed Therapist must be of the conviction that mental health issues are treatable illnesses and constitute a public health problem. This employee must sign an oath of permanent confidentiality covering all client-related information. This employee must, on their own behalf, keep current all licensure and certifications required to qualify as a clinician in the state of Colorado. As with all other Red Rock Recovery Center employees, the employee in this position shall have no misuse of alcohol or other drugs while employed with Red Rock Recovery Center.
