Responsibilities Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups Complete assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPPA-compliant clinical documentation with Medicaid requirements Implement evidence-based, developmentally appropriate techniques aligned with your trainings and clinical strengths Collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers when appropriate Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with licensure requirements Requirements Master's Degree in Counseling or related mental health program eligible for state licensure Active licensure in CT as an

LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMFT-A, LPC-A

Experience and passion for working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and/or couples Familiarity with child development, trauma-informed care, and family systems Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-based culture Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health and mental health counseling practices. Strong communication skills and cultural humility Minimum 1 year post graduate experience working in the mental health field Maintain individual liability insurance
