We are seeking a Christian DBT Therapist to work with clients facing challenges like suicidality, searching for a Life Worth Living, and experiencing emptiness. Caseload is a mix of teens and adults. Full time W2 position. Hourly pay range $50

Availability to work at least 3 evenings per week. Minimum of 24 direct client hours per week. A willing mentality to learn and grow. A liking and interest in DBT and group therapy. During your first 3 months of employment you will receive Comprehensive DBT Training by Behavioral Tech on us!

Ongoing training, practicing what we preach and having fun while doing so are what separate us from your typical counseling job. We take our work seriously and are looking for the right person, or people to join us in our mission! We will cover all costs for DBT Linehan Board Certification for licensed therapists.
WEEKLY SUPERVISION AND DBT CONSULTATION TEAM PROVIDED.

Professional development assistance Application Question(s): Do you have a master's degree in social work or in mental health counseling? Can you commit to 24 direct clinical hours per week? Are you able to commit to three evening shifts per week? We work with teens and adults, along with offering in-person evening groups. This is a four-day work week position to help with work/life balance. Do you currently have an active license in the state of Connecticut in order to offer psychotherapy? This is an hourly position; employees will get paid for the time they work. Please confirm you understand this. Do you have experience working with teens and families?
