Winter Park, FL 32792- Salary +
Bonus:
$73,500- $100,000 annually (depending on experience and bonus opportunities) PLUS $2,500 Bilingual stipend
Schedule:
8-to-5, Monday through Friday, no charting after hours- Reporting to: Clinical Manager You'll be embedded on-site in a kidney care clinic, supporting dialysis patients who face unique mental health challenges, emotional stress, and difficulty adhering to complex treatment. As a core member of the integrated care team, alongside the dialysis team, nephrologists, and social workers, you'll see patients in person and virtually. The Job You'll Do
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnose using validated screening tools and clinical evaluation.
- Provide brief, evidence-based interventions tailored to kidney care (e.g., CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy).
- Develop individualized care plans and review them collaboratively with nephrology and the care team.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, including consultation with a psychiatric consultant, and communicate recommendations to the team.
