The therapist is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual counseling, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary treatment team to support client progress and recovery. Essential Responsibilities Provide individual therapy and counseling services to adult clients Complete clinical assessments and psychosocial evaluations Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other clinical professionals Assist clients in developing coping skills and relapse prevention strategies Provide crisis intervention and clinical support as needed Facilitate therapeutic groups as assigned Facilitate family sessions virtually Maintain Electronic Health Records Qualifications Required Active Florida

LMHC , LCSW, LMFT

license Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, or residential treatment settings Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Preferred Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral healthcare Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment modalities Experience working with adults experiencing complex mental health needs Experience in using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel) Schedule Sunday to Thursday Day Shift 8-hour shifts Holiday coverage as needed About Harmony Hills Behavioral Health At Harmony Hills Behavioral Health, we believe recovery is possible for every individual.
