Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist to become part of our vibrant team. You will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, such as autism, to carry out personalized behavior intervention plans. Duties Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy strategies under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients' developmental goals Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and other self-care tasks, promoting independence Collect and record data on client behaviors accurately and consistently to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients during teaching sessions, applying applied behavior analysis techniques to reinforce positive behaviors Help develop and follow individualized care plans and behavior management strategies tailored to each client's needs Maintain confidentiality of medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of therapy plans Skills Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and applied behavior analysis techniques Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Ability to assist with ADLs and support patient care in a compassionate manner Excellent data collection skills for tracking behavioral progress accurately Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation practices, and medical records management Effective teaching skills combined with patience and empathy for working with diverse populations Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, behavior management strategies, and special education practices Come together with us to build a caring environment where everyone has the chance to succeed!
