Call or text: 954-758-2268 This is a flexible schedule, per-diem position ideal for a motivated clinician who is passionate about delivering quality care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide weekly individual counseling to an assigned caseload (20-30 clients). Facilitate family or group therapy sessions as needed. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system (Headway). Complete assessments, including Biopsychosocial evaluations, Master Treatment Plans, Treatment Plan Reviews, and ancillary documentation within 48 hours of client contact. Submit progress notes within 24 hours of service delivery. Attend monthly meetings when requested. Ensure compliance with DCF licensing standards and maintain professional licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern). Maintain 85% productivity of assigned caseload. Participate in compliance trainings as required. Monitor and respond to email communication daily. Education & Experience Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health, or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum one year of clinical experience providing therapy. Active Florida licensure or Registered Intern status with the Department of Health.
