Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary Therapist at Braveminds Academy LLC located in Largo, FL. The therapist will be responsible for treating adolescents on their caseload, daily documentation, supervising clinical groups, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services. Additionally, the Primary Therapist will collaborate with staff to develop treatment plans, conduct assessments, and monitor client progress. Qualifications Mental health therapy skills Experience in providing direct mental health services and clinical supervision Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Licensure as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, or related field Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
