12-30 per week At Stars Counseling Services, we believe in meeting clients where they are — with warmth, understanding, and evidence-based care. Our group practice is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a shared commitment to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive. We provide in-person and virtual therapy to children, teens, couples, and families navigating a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, learning-related challenges, life transitions, and relational issues. We're currently looking to expand our team with a Licensed Mental Health Provider (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern who shares our passion for meaningful, client-centered work.

Who You Are:

You're a caring, grounded clinician who values authenticity, curiosity, and continued growth. You have experience working with adolescents and are open to seeing children. You're organized, self-motivated, and excited to grow your caseload at a steady, sustainable pace. You believe therapy works best when done in a supportive, team-based environment where clinicians truly care about one another. You live in the Greater Tampa area and are comfortable providing in-person sessions at our cozy Lutz office.

For Licensed Clinicians:

Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience working with children, teens, and adults/families

Schedule:

Create a schedule that fits your life. We ask that team members build toward a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week, with room to grow from there.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required). Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or Registered Intern status.
