Miami, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $30 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish Group therapy Individual therapy HIPAA English Mental health facility experience Psychology Mental health support Telehealth therapy Working with individuals with mental health conditions Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our Community Mental Health team. The ideal candidate will provide individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, psychosocial support, behavioral interventions, and clinical documentation services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This position is ideal for candidates with a Master's Degree in Psychology or a related behavioral health field who are passionate about helping underserved populations within a community mental health setting. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy sessions Facilitate group psychotherapy sessions Conduct psychosocial assessments and behavioral evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Complete clinical documentation and progress notes in a timely manner Monitor patient progress and treatment goals Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings Provide crisis support and behavioral interventions when necessary Coordinate care with providers, families, and community resources Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, and agency policies and procedures Maintain professional and ethical standards of care Qualifications Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related mental health field required Experience in mental health or community behavioral health preferred Experience providing individual and group therapy preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with diverse populations Knowledge of behavioral health documentation and treatment planning Bilingual English AND Spanish Preferred Skills Group facilitation Crisis intervention Psychosocial Rehabilitation PSR Treatment planning Behavioral interventions Electronic Health Records EHR Telehealth services
