Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting outpatient psychotherapy and a passion for helping clients achieve their mental health goals. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and make a meaningful impact in their lives. We are hiring a clinician for our Palm Beach Gardens office location. This is a full time in office position.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs. Provide individual and occasional group therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in case consultations and team meetings. Stay current with best practices and developments in the field. Experience working with children and teens in a clinical setting. Some evening and/ or weekend availability as needed. Ability to maintain full caseload and meet full time clinical hours of around 20 sessions per week.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy. Active and valid state license to practice in Florida, or registered intern (FL) If provisionally licensed, registered intern for board of social work only (RCSWI)

LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
