About Us:
Thrive Therapy of Palm Beach is a growing private practice dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to our community. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health and wellness, offering a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting outpatient psychotherapy and a passion for helping clients achieve their mental health goals. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and make a meaningful impact in their lives. We are hiring a clinician for our Palm Beach Gardens office location.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs. Provide individual and occasional group therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in case consultations and team meetings. Stay current with best practices and developments in the field. Experience working with children and teens in a clinical setting. Some evening and/ or weekend availability as needed. Ability to maintain full caseload and meet full time clinical hours of around 20 sessions per week.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy. Active and valid state license to practice in Florida, or registered intern (FL) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices. Strong work ethic and motivation to grow in the field. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
