Compensation:

$75,000 to start

DOE Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families, fostering positive change and personal growth. Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. Facilitate group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for open communication and healing. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. Stay informed on the latest therapy techniques and industry trends to enhance service delivery and client outcomes. Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and improve therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications:

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A licensed LMFT with 2+ years of outpatient mental health experience. Strong foundation in training in systemic thinking. Preferably trained in Gottman or willing to complete Gottman Level 1 & 2 within the first 2 months of hire. Comfortable working with couples, families, and relational concerns. Self-motivated, open to feedback, and committed to ongoing learning.

EMDR or trauma-focused training. Experience with child counseling. Bilingual (Spanish/English).
